[Liz: Headshots]

Last weekend I traveled to Memphis to help my fellow photographer friend, Liz, shoot a wedding (and btw... I don't actually DO weddings, but I'll help someone if they need it!). Before the wedding I met up with Liz to take some headshots she needed for her website! We had a blast... but GOODNESS, it was HOT!

Man... I am so glad school is out and my kids are home with me!
I am looking forward to the slower pace of summer time.

We've been pretty busy - weekend trips, softball games, end-of-the-school-year activities, pool days...
Here's a little of what we've been up to lately...

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. AWARDS.
Cortland HAD to sit on Kenzie-Lynn's lap.... and when she got her award he HAD to walk up and get it with her. It was adorable! Totally melted me!




Madeline participated in choir this year and LOVED it. She has a really good voice... wish I could sing...

So- I don't have many pictures of this day because Sam got to take the girls on all the fun rollercoaster rides and I got to stay with Cort and do the frogs, butterflies, elephants and ride the train! Then he got SUPER grumpy and made it even more enjoyable! :)

In May my sisters and I went down to Texas and spent a weekend visiting my brother. It was so much fun! We cooked, watched movies, ate at Chick-Fil-A (love that place!!!), even got to do a little Texas two-steppin'! We just had a really nice time! Love you brother!




And these are pictures I took this past weekend as I was sitting out on the patio relaxing! Man, Mountain Home is a beautiful place!!!

Can I just say I thought Lacy did an amazing job coordinating her sweet little family's attire?!! Not too matchy-matchy, but it definitely all went together. I love the layering, the solids, the polka dot dress, the plaid shorts... definitely a great example of "what to wear!"

This shoot was so JOYFUL. Best word I can think of to describe it. Thanks you guys for being so fun to shoot and for being up for anything! I'll be getting the rest to you soon! :)

Blanchard Springs

I recently spent an afternoon exploring Blanchard Springs! I have lived in Mountain Home since I was twelve and have NEVER been! It was so beautiful and relaxing! And I had so much fun taking these photos with the light coming in on the water and through the trees! FUN FUN!
